CHARACTER ENTERTAINER BOOKINGS
When making a booking travel fees may apply. Please note if you have booked a character allow 15 mins variance of start time due to any travel time issues.
WHAT IS YOUR COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY?
*Please note, if you have chosen to cancel your private party booking due to corona-virus circumstances, the deposit amount is non refundable but will be retained as credit towards your next booking within the next 18 month period.*
If your booking is cancelled, then your deposit or amount paid will convert to a credit note, to be used within the next
18 months. This is because we have limited entertainers and your performer who has committed to your little ones
special day and we’ve refused other bookings to stay committed to yours. Thank you for your understanding that as a
professional and honest small business we must adhere to this cancellation policy.
COVID-19 TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please note that these terms and conditions are subject to change, in line with updated Victorian Government
restrictions. Please check DHHS website for latest government restrictions.
LPF requests that the number of guests at an event does not exceed the permitted number based on current
Victorian Government Restrictions. It is the party hosts responsibility to ensure that the number of guests does not exceed the permitted number.
In the event that the party fails to abide by current Victorian Government Covid-19 restrictions, LPF reserves the right
to not attend the event or the entertainer may leave the event. If law enforcement attends your event and a fine is
issued, the responsibility for payment of the fine shall lie with the party host. No refunds will be issued if the
Entertainer leaves the event due to Covid restrictions not being followed.
Changes to outdoor party locations due to bad weather may be made until the morning of the party by contacting
LPF. If an alternative venue is unable to be secured, LPF will reschedule the event to the next available date that is
suitable to both parties. In the event that a suitable date cannot be agreed to, a credit note will be issued to the client
for the amount paid that can be redeemed over the next 18 months.
Please remember to maintain physical distancing – 1.5 metres is a safe distance - we request minimised physical contact between adults and entertainer, practice good hygiene (always have hand sanitiser handy), staggering child drop off and pick up time.
The party host is responsible for advising guests to stay home if they are feeling unwell, or if ANY members of their
family are not feeling well.
HOW DO I BOOK A PARTY?
Please fill out our ENQUIRY CONTACT FORM HERE stating the party date, time, the event details (ie: Grace’s 4th birthday) your desired character/costume of your childrens entertainer and your preferred package! We'll hand the rest!
HOW DO I SECURE MY BOOKING?
Full payment is required to secure our attendance on the day. Party entertainment cannot be confirmed until payment in full is received prior to the party/event date.
You will receive an invoice with payment details and terms. A *$100 deposit payment is due at the time of your booking confirmation with the remaining balance due shortly after. The invoice must be paid in full prior to your party date in order to guarantee our arrival at your event. We take payments via electronic bank transfer (preferred) and also accept Visa and MasterCard credit card payments. Please note credit card payments incur a small surcharge

Please read the terms below and understand we have limited entertainers and we have specifically hand picked the right performer for your party who has committed to your little ones special day and we’ve refused other bookings to stay committed to yours. Thank you for your understanding that as a professional and honest small business must adhere to his cancellation policy.
PRIVATE PARTY CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that for all Little Party Faces bookings a minimum of *$100 deposit is non-refundable in the event of any cancellation for our party bookings.
If you provide more than 7 days notice, then we can provide your deposit and any monies paid as a credit note for use for the next 18months and you can re-book any time, we can happily do so subject to availability at no extra charge.
If you have booked within 7 days of your party event please note this cancellation policy re credit note :)
If you cancel a booking with less than 48 hours’ notice then your total deposit amount will be forfeited. This is because we have limited entertainers and we have specifically held that spot for you. We have organised everything to ensure our prompt attendance to your party. Your remaining balance paid will be credit noted for use for the next 18months and you can re-book any time, we can happily do so subject to availability at no extra charge.
We understand that last minute things can happen, ie your little ones get sick, tragedy strikes or extreme weather throws your plans out. However, in all late cancellation cases, we are unable to provide a refund as we have already prepared for you party well in advance; your performer has committed to your little ones special day, we do weekly costume runs to the entertainers, we brief your entertainers specifically for your party needs, administration costs and we’ve refused other bookings to stay committed to yours. It makes it very difficult for us and very unlikely we are able to get any work with a last minute cancellation. Thank you for your understanding that as a professional and honest business must adhere to his cancellation policy. We provide a very lengthy credit note of 18 months duration for your convenience.
CORPORATE CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that for all Corporate Little Party Faces bookings, the deposit amount (minimum $100 per performer booked) is non-refundable and charged in the event of any cancellation, but can be retained as a credit for future use within 18 months.
If you cancel a booking with less than 72 hours’ notice then 50% of your balance will be charged. This is because we have limited entertainers and we have specifically held that spot for you. We have organised everything to ensure our prompt attendance to your event.
If you cancel a booking with less than 48 hours’ notice then 100% of the booking fee will still be charged. This is because we have limited entertainers and we have specifically held that spot for you. We have organised everything to ensure our prompt attendance to your event.
We understand that wet weather, extreme heat and various other factors can impact any event. We will work with you to find a fair solution in all cancelation circumstances but please understand that we have committed to attending your event and have ensured our professionally skilled entertainers have committed to your booking. Once committed to your event, we turn down many other work offers and it makes it very difficult to obtain other work with last minute cancellations.

I BOOKED FAR IN ADVANCE, WILL YOU CONFIRM CLOSER TO THE EVENT DATE?
Your Little Party Faces entertainer will call you the week of your event. They will call to introduce themselves, confirm your event and the number of children attending. This is also your opportunity to ask any questions you may have. You can discuss if you’d like to incorporate cake singing during their time with you. If in doubt, don't ever hesitate to give us a call or drop us an email.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF WEATHER IS GOING TO AFFECT MY EVENT?
Arrangements will need to be made if you are worried about rain or extreme temperatures. You must inform us immediately if the party location has changed. Please keep your new party location close to the original suburb you initially gave us to allow for a smooth transition in any logistics and travel time. Please read our cancellation policy if you are deciding to cancel.
HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL?
We travel to ALL corners of Melbourne & Victoria! Please note a small travel fee (approx $15+) may apply for some locations. Please enquire directly for a quote if you are unsure.
DO YOU ENTERTAIN AT PARKS OR OTHER VENUES BESIDES HOUSES?
Yes absolutely! We travel to any type of venue your party is located. We also use top quality portable bluetooth speakers so there is no need for access to power.
THE DAY OF MY PARTY
WHAT DO I NEED TO SUPPLY?
We bring everything we need for the all the activities included in your party package.

If you have requested Facepainting in your package, we ask that you provide a table and a few chairs for the face painting.
WHAT CAN I DO TO MAKE SURE THE DAY GOES AS SMOOTHLY AS POSSIBLE?
There are a few things that always helps the day out. It is greatly appreciated if you can reserve/provide a close parking spot for your entertainer, so she will not have to fight to find parking and walk far. It also helps that the party starts at the time it is supposed to. Have water available for the character to drink throughout your party. Try to get the kids ready and get them together right before the character arrives, so she can get into the activities with the children right away.
It is fine to serve food in the middle of your characters time there, as they can do facepainting or balloon twisting during this time while the rest of the children are occupied and eating! However please discuss this with your entertainer when they confirm call you during the week of your booking with a specific time that you are planning to serve the food.
If you are planning an outside party, make sure the area is guarded from heat/sun, or from any wet weather. A rug or blanket for the little ones to sit on is always great. Have a clean, dry, shaded area for activities.
Please be mindful or your entertainers conditions on the day also, ie provide shade/cool environment if it is a hot day or let them know ahead of time if they won't be under cover so they can slip slop slap before their arrival! Also, if it is raining then be sure to allow for cover so as to not damage our beautiful costumes.
WHEN DOES THE PARTY HOST ARRIVE?
Your Childrens entertainer will arrive 5 minutes early for their minimal set up and be ready to go as soon as they arrive.
Professional face painters will arrive 15 minutes early.
Sometimes traffic and roadworks do happen as we often travel from one side of Melbourne to the other in the same day, this may delay your entertainer and they may need a small arrival window. They will always let you know with a phonecall or text message so it's helpful to keep your phone handy in case so you are not worried. We will always perform for the full time we are booked from our arrival, so noone will miss out!
